What skincare and makeup products do you use?
We use the top cutting-edge products in the industry. Per request, we will use your personal skincare and makeup products. Hypoallergenic products are also available.
How do I get ready for the appointment?
To expedite your appointment, we ask that all clients be ready with a clean face and completely dry hair (excluding blowdry styling) when we arrive. (If hairstyling is not a blowdry styling and hair is not completely dry additional blowdry charges will be applied.)
How long will my appointment last?
We are trained to complete each hair or makeup look in 45 minutes or less.
What if I am running late?
We allow for a 15 minute grace period if you are running late. If you are delayed beyond 15 minutes and we are available to stay, you will be charged a rate of $35 per half hour to keep the us for the additional time. Please let us know if you will be running late or need to push your appointment. If we're not booked directly following your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your schedule for the additional fee or to complete your service in less than 60 minutes.
I need to cancel my appointment.
We make it easy to cancel with our automated system. Please contact us so we can approve the cancellation.
What is your refund policy?
Cancellations will be charged the deposit amount or 20% of the appointment fee. Appointment locations cannot be changed without advanced notice and approval from us.
*An additional 20% Gratuity charge will be added to all services.
